Declaration of EU RoHS Compliance
Astron Wireless Technologies, Inc., announces that all its Enterprise Antenna products manufactured at its facilities, meet the requirements and are in full compliance with EU Directive 2002/95/EC, with respect to the following:
Materials*
Pb – Lead none ** as per manufacturing date 12/15/05
CD – Cadmium non **
Hg – Mercury none **
Cr6 – Hexavalent Chromium none **
PBB – Polybrominated Biphenyls none **
PBDE – Polybrominated Diphenylethers none **
* Materials as restricted by the Directive 2002/95/EC, ‘RoHS Directive’ and the Directive 2000/35/EC, ‘ELV-Directive’
** Materials are not intentionally added
Astron’s products do not contain any substances that are prohibited by the RoHS directive according to its present knowledge. The materials and processes used for the manufacturing of Astron antennas do not intentionally contain added heavy metals such as cadmium, chromium-VI, lead and mercury or their compounds, nor polybrominated biphenyls (PBB) and polybrominated diphenylethers (PBDE), mentioned in the 2002/95/EC directive.
Lead-free conversion
The conversion to lead-free solder for internal solder points and pre-tinning of parts has become fully implemented. Therefore, enterprise Astron antenna products are lead-free to the best of its knowledge.
